Short Bio

I am an enthusiastic school principal flourishing in an environment which helps children and teachers to reach their full potential. I have successfully pioneered three independent schools since 2000 and have over three decades of experience leading/managing teaching teams to equip the next generation with values and principles to make a difference.
My hobbies include camping, MTB cycling and watching sport, especially cricket.

Being involved in education for over 30 years the following aspects keep my focus and challenge me:

to look at “NEW IDEAS”, put them into action and see if they can make a real impact.
to see how a school can benefit by teachers staying in their “PASSION AND POTENTIAL” to benefit all.
to be a life-long learner and challenge the “WHY” we do things in a certain way.
to see how to move “OUTSIDE THE BOX” in a curriculum.
to be a mentor and influencer to the next generation of teachers so that what “WE BELIEVE ABOUT EVERY CHILD” will be carried forward.
to intentionally make “CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT” part of our daily curriculum.
